  Our consultants are experts at matching your needs to commercial off-the-shelf systems.  Whether we spend a couple of hours doing research to satisfy a specific need, or lead a project team through a longer, more formal selection process, the goal is to help you prioritize your goals, document and streamline your business processes, and manage change. More than simply selecting a tool, this process focuses on your organization's development.

• Implementation Support
  Once a solution has been selected or identified, it must be implemented. CITI can provide implementation support to ensure the solution is implemented successfully and within budget. We help you prepare the road map you need to maximize your return on your valuable investment.
