CITI's RemoteAssist is a technical troubleshooting service where a CITI consultant is available from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. to resolve technical problems. Using technology that allows us to take control of your computer desktop and see what you see, we resolve 75% or more of the problems we get without having to come on-site. You save travel costs and time.
