  • For urgent network or desktop issues: Call (202) 234-TECH (8324). Remote Assist is available during normal business hours to current Infrastructure clients.

New Clients

For development or strategic consulting services, our staff will talk with you about your needs and budget, and will submit a proposal promptly outlining the CITI process for your project.

For new infrastructure services, the process begins with a thorough technology audit, which will uncover your needs and high priority areas and provide you with planning documentation.  Our staff will then work with you to determine the solution that will best meet your technology and budget needs.
